The West Washington County Progress Initiative (WWCPI) hosted a contest before the Heritage Days Festival asking members of the community to write about their heritage and upbringing in the West Washington County area. Submissions could include interesting stories, depictions of favorite childhood memories or traditions, or any other interesting pieces of information about one’s family history.
